 My Unique Approach and The Devine Method®

With over 12 years of experience in the therapy and coaching industry, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients, including members of the Global Royal Family, Athletes, High-Level Executives running successful multi-million dollar businesses globally, Entrepreneurs, and Founders/Senior Leaders from thriving start-ups to technology giants in Silicon Valley.

Having navigated through the challenges of high-functioning anxiety, stress and burnout myself many years ago, I embarked on my own journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It became clear to me that true freedom from anxiety, chronic stress and cycles of never ending burnout required a powerful fusion of evidence-based therapies, transformative tools, and coaching.

This realisation resulted in the creation of The Devine Method®, a methodology I crafted by blending evidence-based therapies like CBT with compassion-focused therapy, life and high-performance coaching, and mindfulness - a unique and holistic support package tailored specifically for you.

Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based treatment that has demonstrated to be effective in treating a range of difficulties including stress, anxiety, worry, overthinking, procrastination and perfectionism. CBT combines Cognitive Therapy (examining the things you think) with Behavioural Therapy (examining the things you do).

The key idea behind CBT is that what you think and do affects the way you feel. At times, we can find ourselves stuck in vicious cycles where our thoughts and the actions we take to address a problem unknowingly keep it going. As a result, we continue to experience the negative feelings associated with the problem. I can show you how to break the vicious cycles of anxiety, perfectionism and overthinking that are keeping you stuck, so you can live your life feeling calmer, confident and good enough from within.
